Hi Joe,

If it is heating for 10 minutes and then it stops heating then more than likely the coils on the gas valve are bad. What happens is they work from a cold start then when they heat up they quit working. Sometimes they will only cycle once other times they will cycle 3 or 4 times. If you could watch the burner area while it is in action you would see the igniter light then go out and the flame should light but if the igniter goes out but the flame fails to light the coils are bad.
