This can be the water valve, the main control or the door latch.

Make sure the water is on and you got pressure coming to the water valve. Then you will have to see if you have power coming to the water valve when you try to start the washer. If the valve is getting power but no water is coming into the washer replace the water valve.

If you are not getting power to the valve then the problem will be in the door latch or the main control. If the door latch isn’t making or is bad then the control will not activate the washer. If the door latch is making/working then the control should start the water valve.
