stopping mid cycle

several issues. from any setting(pots n pans, heavy duty, normal) the wife reports that it sounds as though its running through its cycle but stopped. Soap not dissolved.

First,check to see if it is getting water properly if not it is going to be the water valve or the float switch. The switch itself doesn’t give a lot of problems but sometimes the float will stick up causing the same problem. If it is not the switch or the float then the problem is more than likely going to be the water valve.
